Im actually surprised that this is no DirectX9 effect, it doesnt need pixel shaders or stuff like that and it looks like a vertex shader effect.
does the effect still cap at 5 ale? |

I downed 20 and didn't get any blurry effects :/ I had to sit down a coupleof times and mumbled silly things like "i love you". Damn stupid video card /fistshake. Thanks for the video, now I knwo what it should have looked like
